Nurse Elizabeth was the best with our boy and answered all questions we had regarding our phototherapy treatment. She was so kind & supportive of us as we went through it. After coming home from the hospital, my girl’s bilirubin levels were still high so the pediatrician set us up with Enlighten to do home phototherapy. The whole process was seamless. Got her set up same day (a Friday night) and the equipment is much less intimidating and user friendly than at the hospital. Every nurse we had was very knowledgeable, efficient and communicated with us and the pediatrician very quickly. Hopefully we won’t need their help again, but if we did, I would feel super confident that my girl is getting the best treatment!
